Our Impact

Fields of Hope® is a program of On Eagles Wings, a 501(c)(3) Anti-Human Trafficking Non-Profit that serves the Carolinas.

On Eagles Wings seeks to prevent children and youth from falling victim to sex trafficking, offer assistance to those still trapped, and restores those that have survived by offering hope, empowerment, and a brighter future.

Prevent.

Youth4Abolition® (Y4A) is the prevention and awareness arm of OEW. Y4A develops and supports youth-led chapters across North and South Carolina that meet regularly to learn about domestic minor sex trafficking while spreading awareness in their broader communities.

Y4A® is a team of trained volunteer student leaders delivering a patented peer to peer curriculum, which is flexible so student leaders can adapt the program to work for their chapters, at schools, churches and community based organizations.

Outreach Activities are available and provided for group homes, tribal communities, and others.

They are Modern Day Abolitionists, igniting a passion in volunteer student leaders to educate their peers, family and community on human trafficking. Teaching this generation – the target of traffickers – what they can do to abolish trafficking.

Restore.

OEW Hope House® is a residential, after-care facility exclusively for young women age 18-24 rescued from sex trafficking and exploitation in the USA.

Since 2007, we have assisted more than 650 girls, ages 12-24, through our residential care and community based aftercare programs focusing on trauma-informed care.

We help sex trafficking survivors build the intellectual, social and emotional skills needed to begin to explore communities in which they live, with confidence to overcome their trauma and become active, contributing members of a larger, more caring community in the future.

Reintegrate.

Fields of Hope® is the entrepreneurship program of OEW that gives young female survivors of human trafficking (ages 15 and up) valuable job skills training, mentorship, and a unique internship experience.

The heart of the program is our survivor-inspired curriculum, Whispers of Hope, which provides challenging learning opportunities and leadership training.

  • Survivors create vision maps for their future as a first step toward independence.

  • Internship program includes a 26-lesson entrepreneurship curriculum.

  • Offers survivors a paid educational fellowship program.

  • Participants learn leadership skills, job skills and financial skills that lead to economic independence.

  • Victims become survivors who learn to THRIVE.

  • Survivors achieve their dream of FREEDOM and INDEPENDENCE.
